  • The 80/20 rule- The 80/20 rule is simple and easy to follow. 80% diet and 20% exercise.  So much focus is on exercise when in reality what you put into your system is what really counts.  You can go to the gym 7 days a week but if you are  not giving your body what it needs or filling your tank with bad nutrition you will not hit your goals.  Stop the frustration and disappointment and start focusing on good nutrition.  Abs are made in the kitchen..... Trust me 80/20.

  • Eat to lose weight- Eat like you mean it!  Too many diets out there focus on not eating and starving yourself to reach your goal.  Well I am telling you to defy the fad diets and the TV adds telling you have to starve to get thin or to reach your desired weight.  It is well know when you feed your body good nutrition regularly your matabolism speeds up.  However if you don't feed your body, you go into starvation mode and your metabolism slows down and holds on to your fat instead of releasing it.  You MUST eat to lose.... but keep it CLEAN!​
